Oh yea, the guy selling it is a TBer. He's a fellow modulus mob member. That one is going for so much because it's super rare. There were less than 10 made with the kld top. If say this is an understandable price for it. Not that it's for me.

I would love to get a graphite neck for my Ibanez ATK and my P bass. Like, REALLY want one. But I would have to spend a good wad o cash. Decent ones are not cheap. As they shouldnt be.
These things can go forever without any adjustments at all. Weather, shipping, playing, temperature, you name it. Nada effect.
Quite frankly if I could, I'd have CF necks on ALL my basses
As the proud owner of two CF-necked basses (that I've owned for 27 and 33 years respectively) I have long said I could never not own a CF-necked bass...but that I could also never not own a wood-necked bass. I need both in my palette.
