Legos

Man, back in the day i was the undisputed MASTER of all things Lego. I have a box that is seriously 4 feet bu 2 feet by 3 feet deep that is full to the brim with pieces, and I STILL don't have enough.:D

I actually won 2 Blue Ribbons at the County Fair back when i was young for my Lego creations. I am all about the detail, so I have my spaceship (my specialty) all decked out with command stations, detachable smaller ships, transforming wings, etc.

Man, now I want to go back and play with today. Maybe after school.....

And yes, stepping on them in bare feet sucks. But they are realy easy to clean up if you use a dust pan. Scoops 'em right up, all you have to grab are those little tiny clear pieces that represent lights and stuff.

I remember legos! I built all cool stuff, and then I started reading the directions with the lego sets that came. I once spent 11 hour building a Samurai/Ninja village, and that was just the main tower! I connected all of them together to make a little Ninja guild... those were the days.. Although, when I go into Guitar Center, I act about the same way as I did when I went into Toys 'R Us. I always use to go to the same three places.

1. Star Wars Section (I have an unbelievable amount of SW toys...)
2. Lego section (Man. Star Wars and Ninja lego sets? I wish I was 7 again...)
3. Video Game section. I still have my Virtual Boy at my grandmas house! AND I play with it, still! beat THAT!

Mario Tennis ruled. But it was a LITTLE hard on the eyes. Did you use that foamy thing that game with it? I remember them marketing it for being "The First Portable high graphics consle..." Because it came with a battery back...

LEGOS ROCK!

man i loved playing with all things lego when i was a kid. hmm when i go home for thanksgiving break i'll have to try to dig up my old box full of them. at one point i wanted to be an architect just because i loved creating with my legos...how did i end up on pharmacy?! :p

...oh those were the days

That would be awsome man! but finding the money to pay for that trip would be hard for me.

My dad built me and my brother a toybox for the legos with all different places for the different parts to go. The toybox had a hole in the side (I don't know why) so our cat would go in there and use it as a litter box, so my mom dumped all the legos in the bath tub to wash them, I don't know why we didn't cover the hole, so the cat kept on going in there. :)

Whenever I got a little bit of money from my parents, I would go to Toys 'R Us emmediatly to buy Legos. Once for my birthday i got the big castle thing with dungeons and stuff, and it took forever to build, it was awsome!

Me and my bro would make little towns, and at night my mom would come in and demolish the houses by stepping on them, It was funny to hear a crunch followed by a "F*%#". We had to rebuild some buildings the following morning.

Ahhhhhh...good times. :)

I used to have Lego and played a lot with them. I still have them, they are somewhere in the balcony and in the basement.

A neighbour's son, who is about 25-27 studies/studied robotics and he uses Legos to do random models at home - and to play around :cool: :D
