I believe so. Looks like you could use an allen wrench to remove the tuning key and then install it from the other side.

I saw they came out with 2+2 versions and in a “mini” format. But still not reversible
Looks like I’d have to buy two sets, use two out of each set for my inline lefty bass. Then sell the other sets of two together for a righty.
