I just got the Korg AX3000B and it sounds awsome. Once I get my Virus synth back from repairs I'll have a nice little tone package.

I love the sounds I can milk out of my Korg AX300b. I got mine on E-Bay for $50. Do you think the newer stuff on the 3000b like the little step sequencer and the expression pedal would be worth the upgrade? Is the interface easy to get around? The 300b isn't the most logical or intuitive to use.

I think its worth the upgrade. I changed from a Line 6 Pod XT Live to the AX3000B and I think the AX is way easier to use.

It's hardly shrouded in secrecy. And what do you mean by "low order resonaces"? And this isn't a discussion of Les' "tone", it's a discussion of what pedals and signal processors he uses to get his distinctive sounds.

I think it may have been a "joke"?

What's the joke? The guy just sounds like he has no idea what he's talking about. If one has nothing to contribute to a conversation they shouldn't participate.

Well, I thought it was funny. Can we not have a little banter along with the serious stuff?
Maybe I'm just being charitable and he does actually think "No one knows exactly what Les uses. Not even Les." Although I thought the use of "Plausible deniability" was a nice touch.
