You know the ones... You saw it and knew that it was supposed to make a sound, but upon further inspection realized it was A BASS!?!? Or it looks more like a weapon or hall tree for your house.

Yea show us what your dog mauled, what got run over by a truck and yet people still say it's playable... or a paint job so bad you're pretty sure it just fell into a septic tank and someone varnished it.

NOW....give us the PROOF!

my '92 peavey fury. this was my first bass and I made some fantastic cosmetic mods to it. including carving a shark into it with a pocket knife. after sanding off 80% of the finish then getting bored of sanding.

Awesome bass, dude. Not ugly at all, a little janky, prehaps. But not ugly.

I think this one is kinda cool.

Looks like a bass you'd play at Burning Man, or something.

Kinda makes me think of Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome!
