I read lots of good things about that head. :)

Your whole rig is sweet! :bassist:

Thank you sir. I LOVE my Mesa/Boogie Subways. They make me sound so much better than I actually am. They cut through the mix without overpowering the rest of the band with a clarity that I can only describe as "laser beam precision". The fact that they are light and easy to move is just icing on the cake.

The Bugera is lightweight and compact. I actually carry it in my gig bag along with all the other accoutrements of live gigging. On that note I have two Bugera Veyrons that I gig regularly - one as my main and the other as a backup. In four years I have never needed to use the backup.

I will not... but, that won't stop me from issuing a 'Improv of the Gig' award, for using a running shoe to elevate the stage fan.

Thank you sir. It was a crazy hot day in southern Indiana - further exacerbated by the stage facing the setting sun and acting as a solar collector. Fans were the order of the day but this fan, while moving a wonderful amount of air, was only cooling our ankles. Enter the shoe - PERFECT!

Funny story about the fan. It kept shutting off and I kept turning it back on. Happened four times. I would notice there was no air movement and realize the fan was off. First time I thought it had blown a circuit but no - it was turned off. Odd I thought but turned it on and kept playing. This continued to happen until the last time it "shut itself off" and I turned around to notice that the fan was gone. It wasn't there anymore. Being in the middle of a song I did not have time to investigate the strange disappearance of the fan. Shortly the fan reappeared on my side of the stage being carried by the soundman's wife. The fan was blowing her smoke from her smoke machines at the front of the stage so hard that they did not appear to be producing any smoke so she kept shutting it off. Our eyes met and in that instant we both ran the calculations and realized how the fan was turning itself on and off and we got a good laugh out of it. She ended up setting it up on my side of the stage pointing across the stage.

I recently bought three of these 20" high-velocity fans for outdoor gigs, will come in handy at a car show gig a week from tomorrow.

Last weekend, indoors, I had only one unboxed and in the trailer, the drummer snatched it right up. :D

I thought it might be overkill, but he loved it. :)
