Sure is, it happened one afternoon when he met Nancy Sinatra and showed her what she could really do with boots made for walkin'.That's where line dancing comes from, isn't it

Everyone knows Area 51, but the far more dangerous base is Area 54. It was there that the Air Force moved live aliens after they crashed. One night in a party fueled by alien drugs, the aliens used mind control to create disco and convince the Air Force to release it into the general population through their secret base in NYC under the cover of a nightclub or "Studio".
Fortunately, humanity was saved when the British, via Torchwood, released an experimental musical weapon improved from the 1960's and called "The Second British Invasion" this averted the disco destruction of humanity but we must remain ever vigilant.
Area 54 is also the place where the first kazoo was found. As no instruction manual was found, we still don't know its purpose and how to use it.Everyone knows Area 51, but the far more dangerous base is Area 54. Although rumours persist it was used to snort alien drugs aka Stardust the use of which was the origin of Ziggy Stardust who was actually an alien.Area 54 is also the place where the first kazoo was found. As no instruction manual was found, we still don't know its purpose and how to use it.

Most likely the kazoo was used by aliens to fend off earthlings. We are not even sure if it's a musical instrument.
Von Daniken speculated that the bagpipes were a gift from aliens to be used as a communication method with them, on the basis that you can hear them from a great distance and it is definitely not music. Other more rational voices suggest that since they appear to have originated in the middle east where the first villages and first bakeries emerged that bagpipes were introduced as a form of community alarm clock or to mark the passing of hours before the development of metallurgy for bells.
I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that the kazoo was invented in the early 1900's by a group of suffragette women that tired of frequently being caught by surprise when a man would quietly pass gas in their presence. The idea was to have men insert these devices in their anal orifice and leave them there when in public. Then if the offending male made any attempt to pass gas a loud Brrrraapt sound could be heard, thereby shaming the offending male in public.
The idea backfired when a few belligerent men decided to pocket the devices instead of inserting them. Then when one of their buddy's flatulance would sound the kazoo the other men would pull their pocketed kazoos out and blow through them causing total confusion and making it impossible to find the gaseous offender.
The suffragettes finally abandoned the kazoo idea and in retaliation set their sights on banning alcohol.

Bagpipes are a very effective means of birth-control everywhere except ScotlandI'd heard that women also put a pin between their lips to avoid men kissing them on the train when in tunnels. A banjo was also found to be effective, not between the lips, just to frighten anyone off sharing the carriage.
