Let's spread some musical misinformation

Are these children and a spouse of one of the fans? This would imply one of the fans is married. Or do you mean Young counts his children and spouse as fans? Are they really fans or does it just make Christmas easier when he gives them Neil Young CDs as gifts (and a train set on alternate years)?
Neil Young, despite living in the US since the 60s, still identifies as Canadian and so does not celebrate Christmas. Instead he celebrates the Canadian secular holiday of Mime Day.

Neil Young is getting back together with Crazy Horse and getting a mime to do the vocals. He has written new songs about being trapped inside glass boxes and walking into the wind.

Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters is a relentless advocate for the disabled. At every concert, not only does he have a section in the first two rows exclusively for those in wheelchairs, he also hires a local American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter so that the deaf can also enjoy the music. I understand that during the lockdown he has been working on adding described video to his shows so that the blind will also be able to enjoy the show.

It's because he hired Howard Jones as his musical director.

Also, Jed Hoile (Howard Jones' mime artist/dancer) is a bit of a Clark Kent, albeit his superhero alter-ego goes by the underwhelming name of Alice. Notice that Howard went off the scene in 1987, exactly the same time as Alice in Chains appeared? Now Jed and Howard are back helping Neil out - notice that AiC haven't done anything since Rainier Fog in 2018?

Jefferson Airplane, later taking off as Jefferson Starship, returned to Earth and are now called Jefferson Rollercoaster.
Actually, before they were Jefferson Rollercoaster they were briefly known as Jefferson Space Shuttle but were not allowed to play in Florida by NASA, so they then changed their name yet again because they had landed next to Six Flags...

Neil Young has announced the plans for his funeral when the time comes. He will be transported to the crematorium in the hearse he used in his Buffalo Springfield days. 'Old Man' will be played at the funeral service. He will be cremated only to the extent he will be turned into charcoal and then some will be fed into a scale model steam engine which will transport the rest of his remains to the site of the final internment during which 'Train Kept A-Rollin' will be played unless there is a malfunction in which case it will be 'A Runaway Train Came Down the Track'.

Not many people know this but Bob Dylan's grandfather, Jeremiah Zimmerman, created the Zimmerframe, originally the Zimmerman Frame, but reduced to Zimmer Frame to reduce advertising costs which were by the word in the 1930s and as Zimmermanframe was too difficult for people to scan. It was from this Robert Zimmerman (Dylan) created the cradle for his harmonica by sawing off the top section and adapting it. Sadly, Dylan forgot to patent it and so had to become a professional musician rather than the engineer he had intended to be.
