That's probably good, because I just checked and KbD has 4,734 OT posts that aren't part of his total post count, so he's going to need about 9,500 more likes to actually reach that 2:1 ratio

I just checked my post-per-like ratio.
974 likes/439 posts=2.218678815489749 likes per posts.
Most of my posts are smart-aleck comments of little value (other than entertainment).
So many other members posts are much more useful, and helpful to others than mine that I don't consider it an achievement.

Is there a way to find which post (from any member) has the most likes in TB?
You raise an important point: The "likes" system has only been in place for a few years. To the extent the ratio has any useful meaning at all (which is debatable), it certainly isn't meaningful to compare ratios between people who have been her for different lengths of time.
