Difficult to say anything without trying the B100. If you want lots of features for the money the Line6 is great, if you want simplicity the B100 sound like a good deal. I prefer emulation on a compact device, so personally I would go for the B100 (certainly if it has an effect loop which bypass the preamp) and pretend I'm Wetton in the Crimson days
