Hi everybody,

I am trying to compile a complete (if such thing is possible) list of bass cab manufacturers from all over the world.
I think it is quite comprehensive but with your help (and the guys from Basschat), it could be a complete one.

Baer, Xsonics, Glasstone, and Mike Arnopol's "Big E" line. Mike doesn't have a website yet because he's too busy filling orders, but you'll be hearing more about his cabs in BassGear Magazine.

In addition to his network of finished cab builders, greenboy offers fEARful kits through SpeakerHardware.com, who also sells Bill Fitzmaurice kits.

Almost all suggestions added.
Actually I was quite surprised since, although I was aware for couple of them, they mysteriously were not initially included.

I though I better leave left Genz Benz and SWR as they are, until they decide to anounce it in their site and, in any case, too many of their products are still in the market, so the site can work as reference.

I will insist that although I appreciate and follow close (and purchase) BFM as well fEARful designs, I am very reluctant to include their design assemblers to my list. Sorry.

I was a bit puzzled about Dr Bass since the purpose of the list was just to list (oh really ?) the manufacturers and not evaluate them or even comment on their work.
At the end of the day though, I am not a unbiased reporter that just reports the facts, and BassmanPaul's link (I was not aware of) convinced me that Dr Bass should be ommited.
Of course that is an implicit position towards Dr Bass but to be honest, I do prefer that than the explicit one of including Dr Bass with comments underneath the company name.

Might be opening a can of worms here, but if you include the pro audio speakers that some bassists favor -- e.g., Anthony Jackson's Meyer Sound cabinets -- you can probably double the number of manufacturers on that list!

Speaking of which, does anyone know if InterSonics is still in business? They made a bunch of servo-drive subwoofers that a few bassists I knew swore by. (Or at, when they had to lift them.)

These two things makes your list worthless and shows you did not do much research.
