Live sound, stage sound and practices

My band has recently moved to an all in ear setup - even for jamming. We all set our own mixes to exactly what we want to hear. No one's mix effects anyone else's, so everyone is happy. The only sound the neighbours hear is the drums. If anyone is curious about the setup, I'd love to fill you in.

Note: we also play all direct, so if you just gotta have dat twin 'verb tone or whatever, enjoy blowing out your hearing.

please share... I would love to know what you use for that and how you actually pull it off. DI is used for shows too?

well guys I have a temporary fix for this right now. The singer/rhythm player says he is going to relinquish his guitar playing and focus completely on singing. This should eliminate most problems, and might even make our lead guitarist a lot better at playing. Hope it works out well.
