Logo Ideas

I am getting started on my first restore/mod. Picked up a 2001 Squier Affinity P and have disassembled it. The things I found while doing so were interesting. Did you know if you break your string at the ball end, you can put the end of the string through the bridge and hold it in place and screw a wood screw into the hole with the string. It will hold long enough for the string and the screw to rust, but the distortion created on the bridge is permanent.

I digress.

I will have to refinish the neck as well as the body. I have read you should avoid sanding or refinishing where the logo and serial number are and I agree with that, but because of careless use, there are dings all over the headstock that need to be filled, so the Squier logo will have to go. I don't really want to put on another Squier decal, even if I could find one, and I am not the kind who would put a Fender logo on, but I also don't want it to be completely blanks. It would be nice to have some sort of logo.

Any ideas on how I might address this issue?
