Longest you have been without a date?

It's been about two and a half years and I expect it'll be a little while longer. I'm finding it difficult to figure out whether that bothers me or not. Strange.

Aha, a similar situation!
To be truthful, I'm glad I haven't dated yet. I was pretty immature throughout high school - I probably turned off a lot of people and would have been laughed at if I tried. Now, I'm way too busy with school and stuff, and dating at this point would take up time that I don't have.

Almost three years....
I was in a 4 1/2 year long relationship but in the end it did not work out. That one ended in june/july 2002. Haven´t dated since... mainly because I have not made myself available... but I´m starting now though....
