I have an EBS valvedrive, kind of expensive but they sound good and don't cut off the bottom. Nice thing you got there, I've been wanting one of those things since they came out, have two things like that already so can't justify buying another thing like that.

I've never owned a Ric (did get to play a friend's once in a while many years ago) but I've always thought they're beautiful basses . And I love that finish, too (looks like the prefect combination of my honeyburst Stingray and cherryburst L-2500).
