Double Bass Looking for a Baby Bass

Hi everyone, I want to get a Baby bass for a relatively low cost (about 800-1000 usd), and wanted some help finding one.
I'm looking for a BB that its scale length is as an UB (about 41'').
I want the bass for mainly salsa and jazz playing.
Also I live in Israel, so Shipping option is necessary.
