What do you guys reckon about the fender tb-600, mate is selling a brand new new one for 800 in mint condition, seen these around the 1400 mark brand new, should I jump on it? I'm pretty happy with how they sound, would 600 watts be enough ? I'm in sydney australia btw

Just saw this while surfing around.
$599 for BH500 head + $699 for BC410 + BC410 (or 210 or 212) for free.
500w into 810 $1300.
Should I avoid it and just buy one new and class d better than class A or is it the other way around ?
I will be surprised if it's actually class A. The only class A amps I know of are made for stereo fanatics. It's more likely to be class AB.
Regarding which class is better, neither are inherently better soundwise. Class D amps have some advantages though - with a switched mode power supply (which most of them have) they are much lighter and they are much more efficient so they will use less power and run cooler.
