Hi, I'm in several bands. I have my show rig consisting of an AMPEG SVT-VR and the classic 4X10 cabinet, (which I absolutely love!!). I bought an AMPEG B112 75 watt practice amp for the house, which I use for practice for another band. It is plenty loud for the practice space we have, only on volume 5. I was getting tired of always lugging it around, and looking for a 100 watt or so combo amp to buy to leave at this practice space. I was going to get the upgrade AMPEG B115, but was looking at EDEN, ASHDOWN, HARTKE, and ORANGE also make good combos that put out only 100 watts or so....This band is a metal band. It seems EDEN, and ASHDOWN all have good reviews, can't find anything that helps....
