Double Bass Looking for an upright to rent in Tokyo

Hey there,
I'm heading to Japan for a few weeks in April and looking to rent an upright for the duration of my tour (4/17 through 4/30). Flying in and out of Tokyo. I would change the D and G string to gut, but would change it back when done. I'll even donate the gut strings as part of the deal. Anyone have any ideas for me? Contacts? Appreciate any and all help here.

There's a store that sells upright basses north of Shinjuku station, Kurosawa Bass Center, but I don't know if they rent. There's an email address on their website or telephone where you could contact them:

I understand physical addresses are hard to find (not to mention the kana or kanji symbols), but if you enter Kurosawa Bass Center in google maps it'll show where it is.
