I'm planning on rewiring my entire board with lo profile square plugs. I know people have great experiences with the SP400. I'm looking for reviews on the RP2RCF, particularly how sturdy the internal construction is for soldering.
Comparison (on paper)
SquarePlug SP400
- $3.28 per plug at a 50 count from Redco
- Depth: 8.3mm
- Width: 17mm
- Height: 28mm
Rean RP2RCF
- $1.82 per plug at a 50 count from Mouser
- Depth: 11.9mm
- Width: 20.5mm
- Height: 34mm
Other than the size and price differences, are there differences in how well they solder and hold up?
