Looking for low watt practice amp

OK, here are the requirements. Amp head, no speaker needed. Headphone out. And an FX loop that is wired in parallel (long story why I need that, but it's the deal breaker).

The Hotone Thunder Bass would be perfect, but I've heard the FX loop is series (can anyone confirm that?), so that's a no go. Anything out there you guys know about.

Thanks.

Markbass effects loops are parallel. Or at least they used to be. My F500 is and counter to your needs, I wish it wasn't. :D They're making some smaller lower wattage heads so you may want to check them out.

Yea, I have a MBIII and that is true. But, sadly there is no headphone out on that unit. I have tried headphones in the Tuner Out... but that apparently goes directly from the input with very little amplification. So, headphones are out, and anything from the preamp section (EQ) and FX loop is not in the signal... and that's as it should be for a tuner out.

I love the Hotone Thunder Bass Amp. I have a dead solid state (1980s vintage) combo amp and rather than try to fix a circuit board that looks like broken glass I simply popped in the Hotone Thunder Bass Amp and it has enough oomph to drive the two 12-inch speakers in an 800 square foot room. It is just the ticket for practice. And since I can't lift the amp down two flights of stairs, it was well worth the money.

UPDATE--March 23, 2021: The Hotone Thunder Bass's input conked out after about 10 months--just quit. I disassembled the unit and found the input jack was not seating the plug properly. However, when I bent the metal clips that secure the plug into the jack the sound became badly distorted. The repair cost on this would exceed its replacement cost so when I do replace it I will find something else.
