+1 on the steinberger type. The ministar has tuners on the head and I suspect has neckdive.

I dont plan to play gig's with it, rather use it in the cab of my Big Rig Work truck, I'm sure I can deal with some neck dive being I'll just be sitting in a truck while I play.

The Ministar comes with a cheapo headphone amp.

Thats all I need, I wonder if the EQ Boost is an attempt to make as you say, The Cheapo Headphone amp sound?
