I see these items every day on eBay. Are they still allowing the sales to go through if it is stolen?
There's always a good chance of that for "celebrity" items on auction sites - witness the number of "Jaco" basses that get sold under completely false pretenses. But given that G&L is complaining, I'd say someone (that shouldn't) has the real deal. I hope they get the stuff back and nail the perps.
Where there is money to be made I think ebay probably turns a blind eye..........................

The crazy thing is, someone risked taking this stuff, and it's nothing that is going to generate a whole lot of money. Maybe a few hundred buck?

It appears this seller ended all his "Leo" auctions at the same time on the same day. So it doesn't look like anyone made any money on those items...

probably knows they are stolen and used the auctions basically as free advertising then pulled them down to sell them off of eBay where there is no record of sale.

I was given a tour of the G&L factory in Fullerton. They showed me everything except Leo's workshop. I think it must be an inside job.
