It depends on if you had the default option "accept future messages" selected when you left (deleted) the conversation. If you did have that selected, you can ask the other conversation participant(s) to invite you back into it (by having them simply reply to the original conversation).
If you had "ignore future messages" selected when you left the conversation, there is no way to get it back in your inbox.
