At my age, the one thing I can say is that the sun will rise in the morning and life goes on. I remember feeling totally devastated because some situation did not work out, and sometimes I was bummed for a very long time. The good thing is that I got over every situation and lived my life.

That's weird - I actually thought of you when I read that. Sorry though, no help here. In my own similar funk.
