Low B tuner for outdoor use

I have the TC Polytune 2 mini, I've never used it outdoors but it is plenty bright. However, I must have got a lemon because it won't pick up the low B unless I have the bass on my onboard preamp dimed, and even then it's 50/50. I hate tuning at the 12th fret harmonic because my adhd monkey brain says "it shouldn't be necessary", and the automatic switching to the ever so useless poly-mode makes me want to pull my hair out. A-standard is right out.

So, does anyone have suggestions for a small tuner that is fast, accurate down to +/-1 cent, and will do A-standard tuning?

Just got another one for my other pedal board today… if you get one, go with the Noir 3, it just looks cool ;)

I use a Peterson Strobostomp HD.

The screen is easily visible in any lighting conditions and has a customizable display, it tunes the B-string as easily as any other string, it is accurate to 0.1 cents, and it includes various useful bypass options and sweetened tunings. I can’t think of any area where it is lacking, aside from the fact that it is more expensive than most other tuners. Well worth the cost, though.

Edit: Ope, sorry, I see you’ve already resolved this matter. In any case, good choice.
