Low-end Ibanez vs Yamaha

Your opinion, please.

For decades I've been saving banana stickers. I don't know why, other than I'm weird.

Now that I've collected a Kiss lunchbox full, I'd like to score an inexpensive bass to cover in stickers.

I'm asking your opinion, because I know nothing about basses manufactured today.

Bearing in mind asking prices may not reflect actual sale prices, on FB Marketplace right now are a bunch, including some with my preferred PJs, and the Ibanezes save reworking by having the P pickup configured correctly.

I'm in the Yamaha camp personally, though not a huge fan of the (T)RBX body style. I think, between the two brands, you'll find the Yammies are better players as a brand than your average Ibanez.

That said, if you're buying a bass for the sole purpose of the visual gag of banana stickers, just go cheap and get that GSR200 before someone else snaps it up.
