Well, Wednesday's jam got cancelled last minute, and my laptop / home practicing rig crashed the night before, so tonight will be my first opportunity to try out these two new pedals.
Right now I'm running my board with the Accountant first in line after my tuner, followed by the Barbershop.
Anybody have any suggestions on good starting points for settings? I'm just looking to add a bit of sparkly grind and juicy harmonic content as an "always" tone, and a bit of extra crunch when digging in.

Can't speak for Mojo-Man, but I want to stuff another circuit inside the box.
Well it's been there a month, and you can get the newest version for the same price...so I'd say it won't sell soon. They might even lower the price soon.

Nah I think Feral Feline came up with the one single good reason to want the larger enclosure over the smaller one

I'm currently constrained and cannot consume pedals.
Oh well, as noted, it's not at a "nice price" anyway. I'm sure a cheaper V1 will come up for sale down the road.

Suggested Settings for Fairfield Accountant + Barbershop | TalkBass.com
Pros: Great combo for adding "tubiosity" to a solid state rig. Very "vintage tube amp in the red" type tone. Sits in the mix really well.
Cons: Robbed a little much of the clarity, punch, and attack that I like from the MB800.
Bottom Line: Pretty awesome, keeper for the cover band pedal board, but not going to completely replace my EBS Multicomp or Fuzzrocious Demon.

Eventually i bought the Hardwire CM-2 and it sounds great! It does'nt lose any low end , it gives me that bright sound i was looking for and it doesn't cost too much.
