I think the Wounded Paw Super Blender (newest version) will do exactly what you want, and more. It has a clean channel and three effects loops. AND two of the loops can be set for either series or parallel routing.

There's no mixing ability - you'll have to set volumes on your fx pedals, but the gigrig Loopy 2 might work for you. True bypass double looper:

You can choose either, loop 1, loop 2 or both. Or set it to 'flip flop' mode to toggle between the two.

They also do a remote version so you can keep your pedal board at the back of the stage if you wish and just have a small 2 switch pedal by your feet to control it with. I do a similar thing to control my TC Nova Drive with a G-Switch. I like having a small simple pedal at the front, and the fact it's passive is even better as I hate running power leads to the front of the stage.

Please guys stop proposing any of the million passive loopers that exists.
They are good at what they do but can not do parallel processing.
