Maestro Phase Shifter Ps-1B

This is the pedal John Paul Jones used with the Fender Rhodes on No Quarter, yes?

I just re-listened to that song when I saw your post and never realized until now that the “bass” in the tune is clearly a synth!! I’m sure that is no new revelation to the music community… I just never noticed!!

(A pretty narly cool synth too.)
 
Dan I think you are absolutely right! It has to be one of the most subtle and yet purest sounding phase shifter's I've ever heard.
I was lucky enough to hear a Maestro universal synthesizer system once. Wow! The circuit looked almost cobbled together, but the use of transistors for effect switching was way ahead of its time! : )
