making 8ohm cabinet 4ohm

i have an 8ohm 410 cabinet that i would like to be 4ohm...the drivers are most likely worn (like 15 years old)...if i load it with 4 16ohm drivers then it's going to be 4 ohm (it has 32 ohm drivers now)...i'm guessing it's wired parallel.

will this impedance change have any affect on the crossover that's in the cabinet?
