I think it looks kind of cheesy. It could only ever be as a novelty noise machine at best. There's no input for it to be a pedal, and no interface (like a keyboard) that allows it to be a notable device for music. For things like this, it's best to stick to household names. When I think of synths, I think of Moog, Nordstrand, Korg, or some of the popular pedals that we all covet - Akai Deep Impact, Octavius Squeezer etc. I've had an extended period to play with the Octavius Squeezer and I find that their approach is best. A digital interface that controls analog synth parameters. Still, I'm way more into creating synth circuits with different pedals than I am something like this. My two cents.
There are pretty much surf spots anywhere there is a coastline that is exposed to open swell. But if you want to narrow it down to places to surf that have sexy asian chicks, then you've got Japan, Taiwan, and the Phillipines, just to name a few. Now if you're going for somewhere simply to surf world class waves, then you're possibilities are almost endless. Places I've surfed that have great waves. Maldives, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Hawaii, California (duh), and Japan. Places that I'd like surf that have great waves. Indonesia, Summatra, Australia (your own country), New Zealand, South Africa, Nicaragua, Mentawai's, and the list goes on and on. Pretty much pick your coast, adjust for the water temperature and go. My two cents.
Your best bet would be to actually go out with available sexy asian chicks. It's cleaner, safer, and a lot cheaper in the long run. Still, if you're looking for a happy ending then these places might help you out. It can get expensive really quickly though. Your call, but always wear a jimmy. My two cents.

This past weekend I played a gig with my regular band as well as doing "Reunions" with 2 of my earlier bands. (Basically play bass-pee-get beer-play bass-pee-get beer for 6 hours) I was either too busy, or just an insensitive bastard and ended up really pissing off the rhythm guitar player from a band that broke up 14 years ago.
I bought him several shots of brown liquor, and offered more than once to let him punch me in the face. (He drank the shots but declined the punch.) I think he's still pissed at me, but the fact that I haven't seen him in 14 years kinda lessens the impact of that a bit for me.
Could I have done more to atone for my transgressions? Is the old "Shot of brown liquor and a free shot to the face" still an effective means of apologizing to another man?

No. The girl in the picture is the same nude model that Robert Williams uses in all of his paintings and that is his wife. IIRC she is Mexican, or hispanic. Her face is covered by the sombrero, so it's easy enough for me to use it. Still, a sexy asian chick atop a giant greasy taco just doesn't really go right, so for the sake of consistency a sexy mexy is more than adequate. The answer to your second question varies day to day. My two cents.
