Free of choice.
I like cats. Not dogs in purses.
"Any dog that has traveled in a woman's purse at any time in its adult life counts as a cat for the purposes of Man Law."
Men don't care if they insult cats. CATS don't care if men insult cats.
Smoking - anything - is not subject to Man Laws, IMO. If you are foolish enough to light something on fire and intentionally breathe in the smoke created by it, and can STILL be manly, you are manly, but no more so than a man that is sensible enough to NOT do so.
It is not in any way to be equated with the imbibing of manly (i.e. beer) beverages in bestowing Manliness.

Mr. Maki, as the keeper of the Man Laws, what is your ruling on not delivering beer lost as a bet with respect to a man's Man Card?

Welching on a bet between gentlemen is instant grounds for removal of man card. (IMO of course, submitted, for approval).
Speaking of which SoCom STILL owes me beer from the Friendly wager thread.![]()
Seconded- but is there a contingency plan for re-obtaining said card?

Thank you for your ruling, sir.
