In Marcus' video, does anyone know what's on the pedalboard? I can see the Markbass vintage pre, Rodenberg MM2 and Zoom B3. Can you see the others?

Watched it this morning. It was great. I like his attitude and personality as much as his playing.

Spent a good chunk of time watching Chuck Rainey vids yesterday, same deal.

There's a reason these guys got so much work, and it wasn't just their obvious talent.

I was checking out some Chuck Rainey interviews recently and he broke down active listening, his process, and why. 5 minutes listening to him improved my playing and prep time immensely as far as charted material.
