So I ran across a thread that has been closed. I guess because of racial issues? Anyways this is what I read about Mariah. Her image/music when she started was because of her husband. I think he was her producer/manager. I'm not gonna search to find his name. But I believe in 97 when she got a divorce, is when she changed to the more revealing/hip hop image. This is what she wanted to do. I think she is a very beautiful woman and great singer either way. There was a post of a pic from her the other day promoting her new perfume and people makin' big deals about her chest. So what, alot of people celebrity or not has had that done. And someone mentioned weight gain? I thought she looked good. She isn't fat. I think she is HOT :cool: But that wasn't brought up and I wanted to put that out there. I came across the thread doin' a search for here cause I was hopin' to find some bass tabs for her music.

I just did a gig with Gigi Gonnaway (Mariah's drummer) on Friday. We were just BSing before the show and he revealed that she is a pretty tall woman, she has the image in her promo shots of being fairly short but she is not a tiny woman at all.

Taller and bigger (not fat) women can seem like they put on a bunch of wieght when they really havent.

Verdict............ still hot, can sing and from what I have heard she is a fun and nutty lady.

I'm really surprised to hear that she is tall. That moves her up a couple of notches in my book!:D

the company I work for produced two songs on her 1st album... no one at the time saw it as she had the Long Island fro, was a very conservative dresser and wore glasses, very shy too... there was only a small glimpse of the person she became... she would come in and write in the basement every night...
