Markbass LMII problem

Had a problem with my amp the other night. Was wondering if anyone else has had it and what to do. I have a Markbass LMII and 2 Berg 1x12's. I started to lose volume right away as I started playing the other night. No crackling sound or anything, just loss of volume. I changed the outlet I was playing through and resumed playing without any problems til the last set and it happened again for about 50 seconds or so and then it was fine. I looked at the power light and it was still on and the fan was also working as well. Any thoughts? I've been using the same stuff for a few years now with absolutely no problems. I don't use any pedals or anything. Is there a way of testing the amp to see if it's ok? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

might not work, but sometimes amps develop corrosion in the effects loop if you don't use them. stick a plug into the loop jacks a few times really quickly and see if that helps. if you have contact cleaner, spray some into it as well before you move the plugs in and out.

A problem on some LMII's (including mine) is that the Neutrik connector at the rear of the amp is flakey.
Was 1/2 way through a set when mine quit; wiggle the connector and see if you can make the problem start and stop; the fix is to use a 1/4" cable instead.

This worked for me when I was running my LMII. Went to a 1/4 chord and never had another problem.

I actually already use a 1/4 inch cable. I was gonna buy some new ones to make sure it wasn't that.
