I've been using an LMII for a few years now. Last night, I replaced it with the two-channel LMK. Playing synth bass and electric interchangeably on a lot more gigs, the separate EQ and channel mixing/switching made the LMK a no-brainer.
This thing is every bit as good, and nicer-looking to boot (subjective, I know, but it isn't orange, has more blue lights and knobs
) With flexible options like two separate EQ for one input and blending, I don't know why there hasn't been more of a buzz about the LMK!
Anyone know why Markbass discontinued this amp with no clear replacement (LMII vs LMIII)?
I realizer there's a two-channel MoMark equivalent, but it lacks the smaller form factor. I guess there wasn't enough of a market to justify another model?
