Markbass MINI CMD 151P volume output problem

I have a Markbass Mini CMD 151P combo amp that I use at church. This morning, I plugged my Fender American Professional II Jazz bass in. No sound would come out of the amp. The only way I could get volume out of this amp was turn the gain & master volume all the way up & turn both pickups on my Jazz bass up all the way & it was still not loud. This past Wednesday night I played through this amp & it worked fine. I tried different cables & even tried a different bass. Ended up with the same results. I use this amp three services a week at church.
Anybody have any experience with this problem? Thanks!

How old is it? I ask because some, myself included, had a similar issue after 12+/- years of service. If you want to repair it, you're looking at appx $350 to replace the power board, assuming that's the problem but of course I am not able to diagnose your problem. But if you wanna fix it, remove the head and send to:

I have had the amp since 2019. It was given to me. I have never had this happen before.
