I have LMIII. is it ok to plug it (300W@8ohms ,500@4ohms)
into MarkBass STD 410 HR that gives 800W @8ohms?
the cab won't "squeeze" the amp and even will damage the sound?

It's fine. The amp will run @ 300 watts.

I red several times that a very powerful cab can be damaged if the amp is not strong enough ... ?!

Wrong. Read the sticky in this forum about underpowering cabs - it's a myth.
