I've decided to buy a new smaller lighter cabinet then my current GK 4x10, hopefully better sounding as well. I've narrowed it down to a Markbass Standard 102HF or an Eden D210XST. I'm looking for plenty of lows without being boomy and crisp highs. Any views as to the better cabinet?

Markbass Standard 102HF -VS- EDEN D210XST

They'll both do what you want. Eden cabs generally sound prettier because their upper mid isn't quite as strong as the Markbass' upper mid, but you'll never get lost in a mix with a Markbass cab. Matter of taste at this point.
I agree, what do your ears say? I haven't heard the Markbass unit, but the Eden210XST is the only 210 out there I know of that would stand a snowballs chance of having me use it. I traded a Goliath Jr. for the 210 XLT and it was a better unit, but still just didn't cut the mustard for me. SO far I use the 212 for small gigs and sometimes the 115.
I have the CMD 102P and I run a 104HF (4x10) cab with it. Dude, I'm in love (or maybe strong lust) with the Markbass stuff. It's a lot lighter than the Eden cabs, costs less the last time I looked and all your ampage would match!
In all seriousness, you need to hear your LMII through both cabs and make the most educated decision you can, these are not cheap cabs. Best of luck!

Take a look @ the new Genz Benz Uber 210 as well - it's a monster cab. As for your question I would take the Eden's lows over the Mark's mids anyday.
That pretty much describes the XST exactly to me, dunno what the 102HF sounds like though, would like to try it
