Hi
Marlowe DK does a great cover of Alice Cooper Cold Ethyl , the tone of this video is fantastic, was just wondering how he gets that growl to his tone , what frequencies would you boost or cut to achieve similar tone? it sounds like a slight boost in the low-mid/high bass range as it does not have the honky quality that you get with some midrange frequencies
Thanks

Thread drift: Alice Cooper's Welcome To My Nightmare album (which included "Cold Ethyl") was my first introduction -- that I was aware of, at least -- to Tony Levin's bass playing.
