Maruszczyk Basses

I'm thinking about getting a Maruszczyk Jake Short Scale bass built. Has anyone here had or have one? Is there something I should know before having one built? They look great. This would be my 2nd custom build (the first was a Dave Pushic)..so, I know what I like. Comments/suggestions welcomed.
