I work on the southern North Shore and live on the inland North Shore. I am a man of many contradictions.

You need to join the Facebook group New England Bassment Hang set up by a Worcester guy. That'll double your GAS overnight, guaranteed. Before the plague they scheduled get-togethers in the Worcester area pretty often.

Here in Boston although the band is in Nashua, NH.

At a few of the previous GTG's we had manufactures like REV Sound, Valenti and some other local builders bring their products. I don't think Bergantino or SA ever participated. At the last few that were held which I could not attend a lot of products were brought in that IMHO made those GTG's seem too commercial. I guess I am old school where I liked the first couple years of the GTG's were you just showed up with your gear. Checked out other players gear. Hung out. Eat, drank and talked shop.

Born in Worcester, and grew up in Millbury Ma, right next to Worcester, played in that city and state for many years, I'm living in Lima, Peru right now but may move back somewhere in Ma soon. In fact I've known Brian (from Boston, Taxachusetts) for many years.

I have done the exact same thing but instead of Lima, Peru I was in Medellin, Colombia for a handful of years haha.

I haven't been to Medellin yet, we were supposed to go this week but ended up in Tumbes instead.

I highly recommend going. It's a great city and the plus is it's not that hot year around. mid 70s low 80s
