Denny was the friendliest guy you’ll ever know. Owned his own business, had a beautiful spread, and was a prolific buyer/seller!

Did good business with him.

He was a well known basser in the Lehigh Valley.

Very sad.

I just heard about Denny. Oh man this is a shock. I've done a few deals with him over the years and was even to his house a while back to pick something up from him. I am very saddened to hear of his passing. Rest in peace Denny.

I just found this!

I've had the great privilege to visit Denny on several occasions. He was one of the nicest guys I ever met. I was just thinking about him and wondering why he's been so quiet lately.

Truly saddened by this tragic news. I wish I knew earlier. RIP my friend of the low end.

RIP Denny and what a wonderful and moving tribute to the man and his bass from his band members

I got to know Denny here after meeting him when he placed a Craigslist ad selling some basses. Those here who knew him know that he was a terrific person, quality musician and more.

He had a P Bass Special for sale, and aside from offering me an incredible deal, he was welcoming, funny and just a great person. I think I ended up buying 3 or 4 more basses from him over the years.. I was roughly 40 minutes from him, so it was an easy, no-ship transaction... He was a quality member here at Talkbass.. A fun guy to chat with.. gracious.. and beyond helpful. Damn..

A short while afterward, I moved.. found him recently on FB and we chatted a few times..

Just this afternoon I saw a post from a family member and had to do a double take. I couldn't believe what I was reading I was like, wait, WHAAAA??

I am just shocked.. again, those here that knew or had a chance to interact with him in person or on the board, will most definitely share my shock and sadness.

The TB community has lost a stellar member..

My heart goes out to his family..
