He's the bassist for taking back sunday, and I love his style. It's soo laid back. It's almost as if his lines are dancing around a melody. It' so beautiful. The best example of this is in Bonus Mosh pt 2 and A decade under the influence.
  2. Great album, great bass player. His lines are tasteful and he knows exactly when to lay back and when to step up.

I got to meet Matt in Zurich, Switzerland before he joined Taking Back Sunday. Great guy and a great player. He was playing with a killin drummer from Brooklyn named Andy Senesi. If anyone gets a chance to check out either of these guys you should.

Also, Matt played on Lauren Hill's album and he was in the house band at Wally's Pub in Boston when there were some great players there like Adam Deitch around. Matt's been around. He's not your typical pop bass player.
