hi guys i need some help. i bought a bass from this guy, and i had to sell some gear really cheap to make the payment, two days after he changed his mind and send me a PM with this history, and i loose $ and did not get the bass, and i also didn't buy his lie.

i left him a negative feedback and he did the same to me, has any way i can have this negative feedback removed from my account ?
this guy really F.. me up.
and i lost at least $150.00 because he didn't keep his word.

So, you didn't pay for it yet when he cancelled the deal?

I don't think the seller should be held responsible for your poor sales decisions.

I read that the seller returned his payment.

If the OP paid in full then the seller changed his mind if seems unfair for the buyer to get retaliatory feedback.

Take it up with a moderator.

the payment was made 30 seconds after we close the deal, wasn't a poor sale decision, i sold something to pay for the gear i needed, and the irresponsible seller make be without the loop station and the bass.
i don't think is fair for me to receive a negative feedback since he was the one how didin't honor his word.

You definitely shouldn't have any negative feedback. I'm pretty sure a moderator can fix that, in fact there's a link to flag feedback if you think it's bad.

I think you however went a little overboard with the bad feedback you left him. Yeah, it sucks that the guy changed his mind (for whatever reasons), yeah you're disappointed, but it's not that big a deal. I'm going to guess you'd have sold your stuff anyhow... and if it was a desperation sale, for an SX, then I'm not sure what to say.

I'd have just let it go.
