Seriously, I've been next to guys who've flushed 3 times per session. Its like "uhh, you know, if you waited until you finished, you wouldn't have had to flush that many times. And you can't possibly tell me the urinal was at near capacity. "
I also don't get folks who make a big mess in stalls or don't flush. It isn't hard to not drop TP on the ground. It is also not hard ot flush. and I'm talking bathrooms in office buildings, not your high school bathroom. I can understand a toilet where the turd didn't make it all the way down, but completely not flushed.. (Note: in this case, rather thanf lushing I seek an alternative stall
