Mesa/Boogie Official Club Thread...Part #2

OK, so, no need for 2 ohm ready.
The M6 and M9 are very clean.
I've ahd both, and opted to move up to the M9 because the compressor is very nice, and the GEQ adds a lot of eq flex. Those two amps can put out a lot of low end, and it's nice to be able to control that by trimming with the graphic, and engaging the compressor.

I've not had a titan

the 400+ was still available in retail channels a year after its last production. I wouldn't doubt the Titan will be as well. I would be more apprehensive about buying a SS amp that is out of production than a tube one. SS amps it seems to me would be more dependent on specialized parts.

If this Lobey guy can't handle the simple chore of assigning Mesa Club Numbers to Mesa owners who want one then I really think he should hand over the reigns of this club to someone a little more dedicated who can.

How many people besides me have posted a photo of their Mesa gear and requested a Mesa Club Number and haven't heard back from Lobey yet?? I even private messaged him with no response.

Here is a photo of my new Mesa rig at it's first gig a couple of weeks ago. The Silverfaced Titan is on loan from the music store until my Blackfaced Titan is finished being made in the Titans final production run. The Titan really shakes the house through the PH412 cab. I hope this rig qualifies for a Mesa Club Number.

Here is a photo of me enjoying the sounds coming from my new Mesa rig!

Devastating rig is devastating!! :bassist::bassist:
That rig was awesome. I like mine too now and all but yeah- that one always got looks. People are more "accepting" of mine I guess b/c it's two "smaller" cabs LOL. Rolling in that giant 412 always made jaws hit the floor. :bassist::bassist:

Drank the kool-aid finally:)

I am drunk!!!! I suddenly find myself thinking about those 112's in the new Bass Gear Mag to pair with it! : )

I am not kidding, this head is a revalation for me. Size, weight, etc. Ruled out something like a Sad SA200 for me. The combination of fat, punchy, smooth, tubey warm goodness in such a small portable head.

Awesome rig Pedulla-Player! What kind of music do you play?

Hi Matt. I play in a three piece classic / modern rock band. Since it's just a three piece they let me spice things up on the bass to fill the void. I also funk it up a little to make our music more dancable. I grew up playing heavy metal , but there isn't much call for metal in the northwoods of Wisconsin.

EDIT:
Perhaps he's gone to meet his maker...
I doubt it. :) He was on early this AM (tho his last post was 4 days ago.)

This is usually the case with me when I'm traveling for work or something. I don't mind browsing on my smart phone, but I don't like posting/typing on it.

I sent Lobey a PM 3 weeks ago. No response yet.

It may just be that he doesn't check his messages. I often browse without logging in. Even if I do log in I might not notice the PM indicator.

Let's cut him some slack, he probably has a few more important thinks to do. It's just a silly number.

its a 400 (6x6550, tubes one less slider on the graphic) different amp.
Those are those convex "blind spot" mirrors that you pick up at truck stops. When I was on tour in my old band "Lungbutter" I bought those at a truckstop in Kansas I believe. I put those on there because my guitarist/vocalist was always pranking me when I was tuning between songs. It also kinda makes my amp look like it has a face. ;)
One time, back when I was running a 4x12/2x10 cab with a 2x12 and 15" on top, plus this head, some jokers put cardboard robot arms on my stack.

ps. It's also missing the right handle. Thats fallen off like 3 times now? I think I must know the brown note.

I did as well before you. Be patient, or count how many people have requested a numbar in posts after I first posted my 400 (non +) and make that your number. :) Cheers.
