Can anyone tell me the difference in sound between the M-600 and the WA head? I use my WA head with two WA cabs, a 15 and a 12, but sometimes it is just not loud enough. Wondering about the M-600 head.
Thanks!

Not my thing, IME.
Two Mesa Diesel 115's: rocked.

From the experiences I have read on TB, the Mesa Titan is your best alternate amp solution for getting the Walkabout tone with more power. There is also the BB750, but it doesn't really add that much more headroom apparently (also based on the experience of others). If I were you though, the first thing I would do is try your Walkabout with some bigger/louder cabs- I use mine with a 6x10 and it gets pretty frikkin loud!

600:
More power
not 2 ohm stable
different eq points
more modern sounding
less vintage sounding
bigger lows, higher highs, less mids
not as rich or warm as the Walkabout
There's been plenty of folks here who had hoped it was a bigger Walkabout, but, it's not.
