Hmmmm I would certainly call before I went then.

They used to have a LOT of Mesa stuff but that was back in the days of the road ready diesel cabs, the 400+ and when the Walkabout stuff first came out.

So yeah that makes finding a dealer within any reasonable distance a bit of a chore. Never seen a Mesa product at GC, not even a used one.

The Mesa website shows "MakNMusic" in Fredneck, MD as a dealer, do you know much about them?

They are actually fairly close to me (about 50 miles)

I haven’t ever seen a Mesa product at MakeNMusic - mostly Peavey or used stuff. They list inventory on their website. That being said, I’ve only been going there since Covid started, so maybe they have stuff when supply is better.

I never pass on the chance to say a few good words for those looking into the MESA/Boogie Class D family of professional Bass amplifiers.

I'm just knocked out by the TT-800 and all of the flexibility and features in this amp. Read the owners manual online. I think it's the best Bass amplifier on this or any other planet, as we know it. I also own the footswitch and rack ears package for my needs. (+$55 ea. & TRS cable required)

I've owned WA Scout, Strategy 400/Alembic F1-X, the Baron (D-180 tube power section).

MESA = BASS

IMHO :cigar:

I own a TT800, but won’t vote; because, in all honesty, I have not tried any of the other heads.

All I can say is that the TT800 is outstanding and sufficiently great that I’m not planning to look further. I suppose I could be missing something; but, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”

Because I was curious I tried them all and after all of the going back and forth I went back to the D800+. They were all good in there own way but the D800+ was just my sound and easy to control. While that process seems crazy it was fun to try them all.
